He has a diverse background of experiences as a Senior Labor Relations Executive, and an excellent track record as an Advocate in both Arbitration and Mediation Representation with practical experience in Hospitality, Manufacturing, Entertainment, Trucking and Retail Industries. Prior to his own business, Mr. Palow was a Labor Relations Executive with the Ninth largest retail food chain in the United States with annual sales in excess of $5.4 billion with 325 stores and 30,000 employees. He has consulted with a broad range of companies, and numerous key executives with highly diverse functional backgrounds and responsibilities. Additionally, he has presented numerous Labor and Employment seminars and workshops, as well as being part of many Corporate Focus Groups for the development and implementation of cutting edge techniques and procedures requested by The Board of Directors and Executive Committees. As a nationally know Expert Witness and Litigation Consultant, Mr. Palow has been retained on cases involving Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Wrongful Termination, ADA, EEOC, Wrongful Termination, Wrongful Retention, Workers Compensation and the Hiring/Selection Process. Mr. Palow is a graduate of American College of Law, with his undergraduate work in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Industrial Relations. Mr. Palow is named to Who's Who World Wide, a registry of global business leaders. He has sat on two of the largest Trust Funds in Southern California as a Management Trustee directing the Health and Welfare and Pension Trusts. He is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association, listed on the panel of the Dispute Resolution Services Inc. a Corporation of the Los Angeles County Bar Association as a Mediator or Arbitrator for Los Angeles Superior Court, and is listed as a Mediator for the United States EEOC Los Angeles District Office. Mr. Palow is a member of the Association For Conflict Resolution (ACR), the Orange County Industrial Relations Research Association (OCIRRA), a past member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Professional Consultants (APC), sits on the Board of Directors of the local Boys and Girls Club and Past President of the local Chamber of Commerce.
